How long does data integration typically take?
It depends on the total size of the data. Generally, for SME customers it takes few hours
What happens to our data if we end the contract?
All data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination, with written confirmation provided. You receive a data export in CSV/JSON format before deletion upon request. This is included in the standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that accompanies all contracts
Do we need a data scientist or an AI team internally?
To use the platform? No. Aaria is designed to be operated by production managers, maintenance leads, and operations teams — not by data scientists. The setup and model configuration are handled by Aaria during the onboarding process. After that, the platform is self-managing. No internal AI expertise is required.
Can Aaria run on our on-premises infrastructure?

The platform is hosted in GCP on the German location.
